Guarantee Policy: A guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in very late. All reservations made through this web site must be guaranteed to a valid credit card.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received one week prior to arrival*. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, we will charge for entire stay.
We do not accept canellations for Mardi Gras later than Novemeber 1st. We seek payment for the full reservation on Novemember 1st. Credit Cards that are declined may receive a cancellation without notice. Please refer to your Mardi Gras confirmation for a list of Mardi Gras reservation policies.
Payments: We do not accept cash at the front desk. All reservations must have a valid, major credit card on file.
We are a non smoking property, but do allow smoking on the balconies and in the courtyard.
Check in begins at 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am
We charge $9 per day for parking. This fee is waived when a guest books direct.
Our park and cruise package is our daily room rate plus $7 per day.
Coming from Pensacola (and east) on I-10 westbound, take exit 27A Bankhead tunnel/Government St. Go straight from the ramp, though the tunnel and proceed to the 4th traffic light(Claiborne St. Turn left onto Claiborne St and proceed 1 block to Church St. The Inn is on the corner of Church and Claiborne.
Coming from New Orleans or from the West, take I-10 eastbound to exit 26A (Canal St) Cross Canal to Jackson St. Follow Jackson to Church St. Turn left on Church St. We are two blocks on the left.
Coming from Montgomery (and north), take I-65 southbound. Take exit 9 (I-165) south to Water St. Continue on Water to Goverenment St. The Convention Center will be on your left. Turn right on Government and proceed 5 blocks to Claiborne. Make a left on Claiborne and drive 1 block to Church St. We are at the intersection of Church and Claiborne
*During high demand times like Mardi Gras, Mega Conference, Distinguished Young Ladies, we may seek full payment earlier than one week prior. This is to mitigate "declined/no show" reservations.
